It’s Thanksgiving, so let’s talk about all the things we’re thankful for this holiday season.
First, I’m thankful for the Darrelle Revis signing. I don’t know if it’s going to work out or not but the Chiefs are trying something. They’re not just hoping change will come. I like that.
Second, I like having a good team. That doesn’t get said enough. I don’t want to get tired of winning 10-plus games a year because most teams don’t sustain that success for that long (unless you’re an Andy Reid team). I like knowing the playoffs are going to be an option every year. There was a long stretch where it wasn’t like that in Kansas City.
I’m thankful for a schedule that gives the Chiefs three home games in December.
