Broncos vs. Chiefs: Who will Denver take away?

Who will the Denver Broncos try to stop tonight? I’m not sure where their focus will be on the Kansas City Chiefs. Will they try to stop Travis Kelce and his receiving ability? Tyreek Hill and the trick plays and deep balls? Or the surprise of the midseason, Kareem Hunt?

I heard Broncos coach Vance Joseph talking to the media earlier this week and he pointed out that Kareem Hunt has struggled the past couple of weeks and the Chiefs lost. I took that as him saying that the key to the Chiefs offense is Hunt so they could be focusing in on him.

Then there’s Travis Kelce. He is a Raider Killer. Check out these numbers from his two games against Denver last year and you’ll see why the Broncos would want to key in on him.

Finally, Tyreek Hill. If anyone should scare Denver, it’s Tyreek. He scored four touchdowns against Denver in two games last year and he lined up all over the place. In the first game, he scored receiving, rushing and on a kick return. In the second game, he had six carrie for 95 yards and a score and no catches. The scary thing about Tyreek is how many different things you can do with him and where you can line him up.

If I’m Denver, I think I’m focusing in on stopping Hunt. The Chiefs are tough to stop when they’re running and passing the ball well.
