Chiefs vs. Raiders Madden sim: This is not ideal

Madden simulation: Chiefs at Raiders

PLEASE DON'T HAPPEN PLEASE DON'T HAPPEN

Posted by Arrowhead Pride: For Kansas City Chiefs Fans on Wednesday, October 18, 2017

Our weekly Madden sim was wrong last week; let’s hope it stays that way. This one against the Raiders was ugly.

Watch above, or if you can’t, here’s the link.

The results

Raiders 20, Chiefs 6

After the Chiefs went ahead 3-0 on the first drive of the game, just about everything else went wrong. Alex Smith threw his first three interceptions of the season, Marshawn Lynch rushed for 189 yards, including an 84-yard score, and despite 143 yards from Travis Kelce, the Chiefs could not get into the end zone all game. Kicker Harrison Butker was only 2 of 4 in a game in which field goals could have kept the Chiefs in it.

Top performers

  1. Raiders RB Marshawn Lynch - 22 attempts for 189 yards and a touchdown
  2. Chiefs TE Travis Kelce - eight catches for 143 yards
  3. Raiders WR Seth Roberts - three catches for 58 yards and a touchdown
  4. Raiders defense - six sacks and three interceptions
  5. Chiefs RB Kareem Hunt - 23 attempts for 89 yards
