The Kansas City Chiefs have ruled out a few players ahead of Thursday night football in Oakland. The Chiefs won’t get either of their starting offensive linemen back this week and they’ll also be without their No. 2 running back, Charcandrick West.
#Chiefs Laurent Duvernay-Tardift, Mitch Morse, Charcandrick West are OUT for Thursday’s game vs. Raiders. Albert Wilson questionable.

They’ve been without LDT and Morse for weeks now so at least they’re used to it. With a snapping problem last week from Zach Fulton and a couple of penalties from Cam Erving, their replacements are starting to feel the pressure. They’re both practicing this week so maybe next week is when they return.
As for West, the Chiefs will hurt because he is Kareem Hunt’s primary backup. He’s a good pass blocker and he was good at helping limit Hunt’s snaps. Now the Chiefs will look at another Hunt, Akeem, as the primary backup. Or it could be CJ Spiler who was signed this week.
The Albert Wilson injury is actually important based on what we saw last week. The Chiefs are already down Chris Conley so they could use a veteran like Wilson.
Kareem Hunt and Tyreek Hill popped up on the injury report but they hold no injury designations for the game so they’ll be good to go.
