The Kansas City Chiefs are releasing their practice reports even though there won’t be much practicing before Thursday’s game against the Raiders. The Chiefs will only actually practice on Tuesday but they’ll release practice reports each day as if they did practice.
The Chiefs say that RB Charcandrick West and WR Albert Wilson did not practice on Monday. West was knocked out of last week’s game with a concussion (thanks, Mike Mitchell) while Wilson did not play last week.
The Chiefs were playing WRs Demarcus Robinson, De’Anthony Thomas and Marcus Kemp on key snaps late in the game so getting Wilson back would be pretty nice. We’ll see how his week goes.
It’s not clear if this is the week for LDT and Mitch Morse to return. Morse started practicing last week while LDT is practicing for the first time this week, albeit in limited fashion. The Chiefs injuries along the line started to catch up to them last week with a bad snap from Zach Fulton and a couple of penalties from Cam Erving.
There are a few other notable names on the injury report, including RB Kareem Hunt and WR Tyreek Hill. Hunt is popping up here for the first time but practiced in full while Tyreek was dinged in last Sunday’s game but appears to be OK.
