Chiefs’ Charcandrick West wonders how Madden will fit all their cool plays into the game

KC Chiefs RB Charcandrick West has a good question. It’s something I’ve actually wondered as well. Will some of the Chiefs fun new plays this year make it into next year’s version of the video game Madden?

Chark spoke to reporters this week and said Madden has their work cut out for them.

“Coach (Andy) Reid is going to make Madden’s job very hard. I mean, I don’t know you’re going to put all this stuff on the game next year. What he’s doing is crazy. He amazes us. Every week we come in he has something new and we’re like how does he even continue to create this stuff. Like I said, good luck to Madden next year trying to get all those jet sweeps and flips on the game.”

That’s pretty cool to hear that even the players are impressed with him. Cris Collinsworth made a good point to BJ Kissel of Chiefs dot com and on the broadcast last week: How do the Chiefs practice all these plays? The sheer volume of plays makes you wonder how they get it all in during practice throughout the week.

Not that I’m complaining. That’s what makes the Chiefs offense so fun. All their parts are interchangeable so you can run similar concepts but move the pieces all around.
