Chiefs’ Alex Smith refers to Philip Rivers as ‘the old man’

I like that KC Chiefs QB Alex Smith called Philip Rivers the old man.

Alex was mic’d up at the Pro Bowl on Wednesday and the Chiefs posted this short clip. They’re talking about their cadence and before they decide what they’re going to do, Alex says, “Where’s the old man? Where’s Philip?”

Obviously, he was just joking. Rivers is like two and a half years older than Alex. Alex and Rivers are two of the three AFC quarterbacks there along with Andy Dalton. Each of them replaced another quarterback who isn’t playing.
