The Kansas City Chiefs didn’t get their shot at the New England Patriots but they were still a topic of conversation at Bill Belichick’s press conference as the Patriots prepare to face the Pittsburgh Steelers this weekend.
Belichick was asked about the impact of playing at home. This is the time when Andy Reid would praise Chiefs fans and talk about the sea of red and how important they are.
Belichick goes another route:
Belichick when asked to discuss the importance of having the home crowd behind them: “I don’t know. Go ask Dallas and Kansas City.” …Oof.

Oy. Homefield advantage is for sure an advantage The numbers bear that out. Unfortunately for the Chiefs, it wasn’t enough of an advantage on Sunday.
