He is no longer a Kansas City Chief but defensive lineman Jimmy Staten is someone I would bet on. He seems pretty motivated.
Staten was cut by the Chiefs over the weekend. The Chiefs are deep along the defensive line so we knew someone like Staten or David King (practice squad) would be hitting the street.
There were a lot of players cut this weekend but you forget that these are real people with real stories. And families.

It’s just a game but football can be a cruel business. Here’s to hoping Staten finds the success he’s looking for.
