Run DAT indeed.
The Kansas City Chiefs released their roster cuts and I don’t see De’Anthony Thomas’s name on there. That means he’s on the Chiefs 53-man roster right now.
This is a little surprising because we thought DAT was likely gone. He had a weird end to the season last year where he said he was recovering from a concussion for a long time and the Chiefs said he wasn’t. Then the Chiefs drafted Tyreek Hill which we thought meant the end of DAT.
Not so. DAT turned in a strong preseason. It was after the Chiefs preseason finale against Green Bay where I thought there was a real shot they were going to keep him because he had had a strong preseason.
