I believe it was the KC Star’s Sam Mellinger who once referred to a game as the full Marcus Peters experience. That was on display on the Texans first drive in Sunday’s game against the Chiefs.
On the Texans first drive Peters was in off coverage and let rookie Will Fuller run right past him for a 52-yard bomb from Brock Osweiler. It was frustrating because the Chiefs talked about Fuller’s speed all week.
And then...
The Chiefs forced the Texans into a third and goal and Peters picked off Osweiler and returned it 20 yards.
UPDATE: Then he gives up a TD to DeAndre Hopkins.
UPDATE 2: Another INT!
He’ll give some up ... but he’s also gonna get his.
As Sam said, the full Marcus Peters experience.
