The Kansas City Chiefs did not get their man. Despite reports that he would be visiting the Kansas City Chiefs, free agent pass rusher Paul Kruger agreed to a deal with the New Orleans Saints, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported.
Former #Browns pass-rusher Paul Kruger is signing with the #Saints, source said. A few years later than they wanted, they get their target

The Saints were the first team he visited. They pursued him back in 2013 when he left Baltimore to sign a five-year, $40 million deal in Cleveland.
The Chiefs wanted the pass rush help because Justin Houston is out at least through most of October after he was put on the PUP list. Tamba Hali is taking longer than he expected to recover from a knee injury. That leaves Dee Ford and ... yeah, everyone has opinions on Dee Ford.
The Chiefs will see Kruger this year when the Saints visit the Chiefs.
