It’s happening. The Kansas City Chiefs are bringing Tamba Hali off of the Physically Unable to Perform list. The Chiefs made the announcement this afternoon.
#Chiefs veteran linebacker Tamba Hali is coming off the PUP list and will begin practicing on a limited basis.

Andy Reid hinted at this on Sunday saying in a conference call with reporters that the Chiefs might have a chance to get him back this week. Tamba is coming off of offseason knee surgery.
The Chiefs will practice Tuesday through Thursday of this week so we could see him out there then. The Chiefs play a game on Saturday in Chicago. I would be a little surprised if he played. He’s been in the league for a while so if he just practiced for a few weeks and then played Week 1, I would be fine with that.
Finally, the Chiefs pass rush is starting to feel whole again.
