Le’Veon Bell suspension would be big news for the Chiefs

It’s being reported by ESPN that Pittsburgh Steelers RB Le’Veon Bell is facing a four-game suspension for violating the NFL’s drug policy.

And when do the Chiefs play the Steelers? You got it: Week 4.

No one - especially fantasy football players - wants to see Bell suspended but this would be a major blow for the Steelers. Ben Roethlisberger is still the key to the Steelers success and the best player in Pittsburgh with a nod to Antonio Brown. But Bell plays a huge role too. He had 121 yards rushing against KC last year (a game the Chiefs won ... thanks Landry Jones). If the Steelers are going to be an elite team, they need Bell.

This would be significant for the Chiefs if Bell isn’t playing. At Pittsburgh on Sunday night is arguably the hardest game on the Chiefs schedule. The NFL will presumably have an official ruling on this at some point.
