What are Kansas City Chiefs GM John Dorsey and head coach Andy Reid doing today? They're going over the KC Chiefs 2016 draft board, which Dorsey and the scouts have been working on for a while.

The Chiefs this week will be finalizing their board if it isn't already. They're going to know their strategy on moving up or down so that they're educated and prepared when the time comes to make a decision. Dorsey said last week that about half the time he has options to trade back.
What goes on this week? Boards are now set. Clubs have strategy meetings and call clubs on potential trade downs and trade ups

The Combine medical re-checks were last week so the Chiefs know where they're at with injured players. The medical staff is involved with the Chiefs draft when appropriate.
Dorsey met with the medical staff over the weekend to make sure they're on the same page with the players available.

Dorsey said that the Chiefs have 180 players on their draft board. He just didn't share with us exactly who those 180 players are. That's typical for a Dorsey draft who has told us in the past that he has had a similar numbers of players on his board.
