One of those Kansas City Chiefs players you shouldn't forget: Justin March. He was a rookie inside linebacker last year and started to come on before he tore his meniscus in training camp. Brutal timing for a guy who was coming out of nowhere.
It sounds like March's recovery is going well. If you follow him on Twitter then he comes across as a very happy dude. He gave this quote about his recovery to the Chiefs website last week:
"Rehab has been amazing," March said, per Chiefs.com. "It's been about eight months recovering and a big shout out to Aaron (Borgmann) in the training room for helping me get through everything," he said. "He saw the big picture when I didn't see it eight months ago and I'm just ready to go. It's all been going well and my time's right here and I'm excited."
The Chiefs are back to work next week with the start of offseason workouts. We'll get a better idea of where March his at that point but this tweet is a good sign:
