Brock Osweiler to the Texans, Chiefs have to be AFC West favorites now

The Denver Broncos have lost their top two quarterbacks from last season with Peyton Manning retiring and Brock Osweiler headed to the Houston Texans. This according to NFL Network's Rand Getlin.

ESPN is reporting it's a four-year, $72 million deal. That is more money than Alex Smith. That contract is insane.

This is a blow for the Broncos. Even though their strength is in the defense, to not have a quarterback right now is not a good place to be. The Broncos can look at someone in free agency - maybe Colin Kaepernick? - or they're stuck with the draft where they have the last pick in the first round.

This has to help make the Chiefs AFC West favorites, if they weren't already. The Raiders are on their way as well with the signings of Kelechi Osemele and Bruce Irvin in free agency as well as the development of Derek Carr and Amari Cooper.

So, Denver:
