Tamba Hali is coming back! The Kansas City Chiefs and Tamba's camp have reached agreement on a three-year contract. Wow.

Can you imagine Tamba playing for any other team? I can't and that's why I'm not all that surprised that something happened. It's not clear if this is a real three-year deal or whether it's really a shorter one. Tamba's contract was re-done last year in order to bring him back. That contract voided earlier this week which left the Chiefs with a $4 million cap charge. So the Chiefs will pay that on top of whatever Tamba's new deal is.
I'm very curious to see how he works with Dee Ford. You would think the Chiefs would limit Tamba's snaps as he gets older and get more Dee Ford in there. You would think. But what if Tamba remains the better player? It's tough to take him off the field.
Three more years!
