The Kansas City Chiefs were looking to add another wide receiver this offseason and they did so in former Raiders WR Rod Streater, who inked a one-year deal in KC. Before Streater signed, the Chiefs met with former Jets WR Jeremy Kerley on a free agent visit.
As you could guess, Kerley is not coming to KC as the Lions have reportedly agreed to terms with him.

Kerley only had 16 receptions last season so the idea that he would have had a significant role on offense is likely overstated. The Chiefs spread the ball around quite a bit so actually the idea of any receiver not named Jeremy Maclin really blowing up is probably overstated.
