Knile Davis' cleats can be found in the Pro Football Hall of Fame

New, comments

Pete Sweeney over at the Chiefs website noticed this tweet from the agent of Knile Davis, who says that Davis's cleats from the Chiefs playoff win over the Houston Texans are now in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The caption reads: "These cleats carried Kansas City Chiefs running back and return man Knile Davis to the fastest touchdown to start a postseason game in NFL history as well as the second-longest kickoff return in postseason history. Davis had a 106-yard return on the opening kickoff of their 2015 Wild Card matchup against the Houston Texans. The score spurred a 30-0 victory, the first postseason win for the Chiefs since 1994."

The 106-yard kickoff return was the second longest in playoff history and the fastest playoff touchdown. I will always remember that moment because it helped propel the Chiefs to their first playoff win in 22 years.
