Interesting exchange from Pro Football Talk and Chiefs TE Travis Kelce.
Kelce went on Mike Florio’s PFT Live this week and talked about, among other things, marketing himself. Kelce said that it’s easier to market yourself in a bigger market than it is in a smaller market. Which is true.
So Florio writes about that part:
From Friday's @PFT_Live, Chiefs TE @tkelce wonders if he'd be a bigger star in a bigger market https://t.co/gcWmbgMj29

Kelce said hold up and tweeted a clarification to PFT in response...
@ProFootballTalk @PFT_Live I Love The Kingdom!! Don't get it twisted!!

In case it wasn’t clear...
I re-signed in KC because I love the Chiefs and this community!! I wouldn't have signed if I thought I was better off somewhere else! https://t.co/JdKxJXhgVW

You don’t always have to be in a bigger market. If the Chiefs are very good, the best players on the team are going to be elevated too. The biggest star in the NFL for years wasn’t in New York or LA but in Indianapolis.
