If there is one stat that can sum up what Kansas City Chiefs fans have been through in the past 10 years, it’s this one:
Andy Reid has 38 wins since taking over in 2013. From 2006 to 2012 the Chiefs had the same amount in a 7 season time span.— Chiefs Central Prod. (@ChiefsCentral) November 15, 2016
A lot of very bad teams from 2006 to 2012. The Chiefs made the playoffs once in that stretch. They finished 2-14 twice and 4-12 twice. They were really bad.
Andy Reid comes in 2013 and the Chiefs start winning. A lot. They’ve had four straight years of at least a five-game win streak. They generally beat the teams they should.
We still have to question what they can do against elite teams but it’s been a fun few years. I almost forgot how bad it was cheering for a team that once won just 10 games in three years.
