Yes, THAT Trent Richardson. It’s being reported that before the Kansas City Chiefs signed Bishop Sankey off the Patriots practice squad they worked out free agent backs Trent Richardson and Vick Ballard.

Um, OK. Richardson was the third overall pick in 2012 but was traded to the Colts after just one year. His fall has been incredible, actually. He doesn’t seem like the type of back that the Chiefs would like. He seems more Knile Davis, less Spencer Ware.
Anyway, they didn’t sign him. Sankey gets the nod instead.
