The Kansas City Chiefs signed running back Bishop Sankey on Tuesday which meant they have to open up a roster spot. Unfortunately for Sam Barrington, that’s his roster spot. The Chiefs have cut Barrington, per a report.

He was picked up shortly before the season and I thought he would play a role on this team this year but he really hasn’t. This move doesn’t affect much because he was only active for two games this year. He was also dealing with an injury for a while.
The Chiefs made more roster space by putting Jamaal Charles and Parker Ehinger on IR.
