Update: Chiefs say he’s out for the game with a concussion
Alex Smith left the Chiefs-Colts game once already and passed the concussion protocol. He is out again with an apparent injury.

Alex was trying to run and ended up sliding as a Colts defender hit him. The defender, Clayton Geathers, gave a little push to his head into the turf which didn’t look right.

Nick Foles will once again replace him. Foles was in briefly in the first half going 6-of-10 for 85 yards and a touchdown.
By the way, Clayton Geathers is the cousin of Robert Geathers, who was the one who hit Trent Green in 2006 and nearly ended his career.
Mrs. Smith weighed in on the call ... not surprised she’s not happy.
How many hits does he have to take before a flag is thrown. Funny when some QB's gets tapped flags go flying.— Elizabeth Smith (@lizbsmith11) October 30, 2016
