Chiefs tried out 3 linebackers, 2 defensive ends before Tuesday’s roster moves

New, comments

The Kansas City Chiefs made a bunch of roster moves on Tuesday but before that they were working players out, even signing one.

The Chiefs worked out three free agent linebackers and two defensive ends on Tuesday. They signed one of them - DE Kendall Reyes.

It’s not hard to figure out why they worked out linebackers and defensive ends. The Chiefs last night put starting LB Justin March and starting DE Allen Bailey on injured reserve, ending their season. The Chiefs promoted three players from the practice squad in addition to signing Reyes - CB Terrance Mitchell, LB Ramik Wilson and DE Rakeem Nunez-Roches.
