Allen Bailey left the game on Sunday versus the Raiders with a shoulder contusion. NFL analyst Rand Getlin is hearing it might keep Bailey out for much longer than initially expected.
I'm told there's concern that #Chiefs DE Allen Bailey may miss the remainder of the season due to the shoulder injury he's dealing with.

Bailey, 27, has blossomed with the Chiefs and has started at defensive end since the 2014 season. Fortunately, the Chiefs have more depth here than anywhere else on the roster with Jaye Howard, Dontari Poe, Chris Jones and Nick Williams on the active roster. The Chiefs also have Rakeem Nunez-Roches on the practice squad, so it's likely he'll see a promotion soon enough.
