The Kansas City Chiefs saw some good news on Wednesday regarding the injury report. Justin Houston has been out since Week 12 but told the KC media that he plans to play on Saturday in the AFC Wild Card game against the Houston Texans.

Andy Reid pretty much confirmed earlier this week that Houston would be playing but it's still good to hear it straight from him. He has been out since Week 12 with a hyperextended knee so there could be some rust there.
Also of note is that Jeremy Maclin returned to practice. He said earlier that he was going to play as well so, again, not a surprise but good to hear he's out there after injuring his hip last weekend.
