Raiders DB points at Alex Smith and high steps after pick six

Alex Smith nearly set an NFL record for consecutive passes without an interception.

Now he's thrown two picks in two passes.

The first one came when Smith was targeting a receiver cutting in about 15 yards downfield. The Raiders DB picked it off, which was fine. Occasionally you make a bad decision but it's easy to ignore when you only have five interceptions in the previous 15 games as Smith does.

The second one was a little less forgiving. Smith stared down his receiver and the Raiders DB stepped right in front of it. And then ...

...THE RAIDERS DB HIGH STEPPED IT INTO THE END ZONE.

The Raiders are (still) losing the game and their season is over. You can't high step into the end zone in that situation.
