Justin Houston will not play for the Kansas City Chiefs against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday but Tamba Hali will. Houston has been dealing with a hyperextended knee and this will mark the fifth straight game he has missed. He did return to practice on Friday so hopefully that's a sign that he will be ready for the playoffs. Meanwhile, Tamba broke his thumb two weeks ago and returns this week.
The Chiefs inactives for Raider week are:
QB Aaron Murray, S Husain Abdullah, LB Justin Houston, OL Jah Reid, DL David King, DL Rakeem Nunez-Rochez.
Donald Stephenson will start at RT in place of Reid, who misses his first game due to injury. This is good work for Stephenson anyway because the Chiefs need to make sure their swing tackle is fresh in the instance he has to step in and play during the playoffs.
And the Raiders inactives:
#Raiders inactives: CB - D. McDonald S - T. McDonald LB - J. Lotulelei OL - M. McCants WR - R. Streater TE - G. Holmes DB - S. Edwards
