UPDATE: Report says Houston will not play vs. Raiders
The question isn't will Justin Houston play. We don't know that yet.
The question I have is whether Justin Houston should play.
The Kansas City Chiefs LB made a return to practice this week and has been listed as questionable after missing the past four games with what the Chiefs call a hyperextended knee.

The Chiefs have clinched a playoff spot but with the Broncos playing at the same time the Chiefs will be potentially playing for something when they host the Raiders on Sunday.
The Chiefs main focus right now needs to be the playoffs, at last when it comes to Houston's health. It would be great if they could get him some snaps on Sunday to freshen him up for the playoffs. But if there's any chance of re-injury then of course the Chiefs shouldn't play him.
The Chiefs play the Raiders at 3:25 p.m. (Arrowhead Time) so at the latest we should learn more about Houston's availability when inactives come out at 2 p.m.
