Week 2 NFL odds have Chiefs favored over Broncos for Thursday Night Football

Ron Chenoy-USA TODAY Sports

The Kansas City Chiefs are 1-0 and enter Thursday night's game against the Denver Broncos as a 3-point favorite, according to the latest NFL odds. The Broncos escaped the Ravens with a win on Sunday in a game that saw Peyton Manning looking very ordinary.

The Chiefs will be back on Tuesday to practice and after their walk through on Wednesday they will be ready to roll against Denver on the short week.

"As soon as I can get out of this press conference, we'll get rolling," Chiefs coach Andy Reid said after the game (via @pgsween). "It's important how we handle it as coaches. It's important how we handle it as players When given an opportunity to rest, you rest. Get off your feet and take care of business. Bumps and bruises, you take care of those. We've got to get ready. We have a great opponent coming in against Denver. I think there will be a couple of people at Arrowhead so it should be exciting."

Yes "a couple of people" will be at Arrowhead on Thursday night. I can only imagine how that rockin' that stadium will be. It's a HUGE game for the Chiefs, who are 0-6 against the Peyton Manning-led Broncos.
