Kansas City Chiefs' Eric Fisher, Jeff Allen are questionable for Houston Texans game

Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

The Kansas City Chiefs list Dontari Poe as probable for Sunday's Houston Texans game and say he has a pretty good chance of playing. There are two other injuries worth monitoring.

OTs Jeff Allen and Eric Fisher are both questionable. It would be a surprise if Fisher didn't play so I lean towards likely playing for him. He practiced in full on Friday.

As for Allen, his status seems to be up in the air. Andy Reid has been saying for the past couple of weeks that Allen is behind Fisher in his recovery so I took that as Allen not likely to play. However, Allen did practice in full on Friday so that's encouraging. And to answer your question: No, I don't know if Allen plays ahead of Laurent Duverney-Tardif at RG if he's healthy.

Fisher and Allen missed the final three weeks of practice so there's likely to be some rust if they do play.

Meanwhile, the Texans have five players listed as out for the game.
