Football. Football. Football. TONIGHT WE CAN WATCH FOOTBALL!
Indeed, the 2015 Pro Football Hall of Fame game is on Sunday night. This marks the very first preseason game of the year for this young NFL season. Adrian Peterson, Teddy Bridgewater and the Minnesota Vikings will be playing Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Now, how much will the veterans, including AP, actually get on the field? That remains to be seen. But still ... football!
You're actually going to be watching tonight, right? Preseason is as boring as it gets when it's not your team (the Chiefs) but this is the first game so I do usually watch this game. Perhaps this calls for some tailgating ... hmm...
The game will be playing in Canton, Ohio, which is where Kansas City Chiefs great Will Shields was inducted into the Hall of Fame on Saturday night. Watch Will Shields' speech here. The Steelers had Jerome Bettis inducted while the Vikings had Mick Tingelhoff entering the Hall. Find full HOF coverage here.
The Kansas City Chiefs 2015 preseason schedule doesn't have them playing until they meet the Arizona Cardinals next Saturday. This game is the first one of the year so no other games will be taking place until next week.
