Dee Ford gets blown up but returns to Chiefs-Seahawks game

Dee Ford took a hell of a chip block from Seahawks RB Christine Michael on this play. Just watch how hard he gets hit:

You can tell there was some serious impact there. Ford was on the ground for a couple of minutes while the trainers looked at him. He walked off the field under his own power. The Chiefs then announced he had a rib injury and a few minutes after that he was back in the game.

So apparently he is fine. Ford had a concussion earlier in training camp so I was a little concerned there.
