UPDATEDetails on the injuries here.

A potential uh-oh moment for the Kansas City Chiefs as Jeff Allen was injured in the preseason opener on Saturday against the Arizona Cardinals. It's a knee injury.

Allen started the game as the Chiefs right tackle, along with LT Eric Fisher, LG Ben Grubbs, C Mitch Morse and RG Zach Fulton. After the first series, Stephenson replaced Allen when he left.

The Chiefs are lucky that they have someone like Stephenson to step in in the event that Allen's injury is anything long-term. That said, Allen can play both guard and tackle so his versatility is very important to the Chiefs.

We will be updating this as soon as we know.
