Kansas City Chiefs LB Justin Houston -- the guy who hasn't signed his franchise tag yet -- was spotted talking to ESPN for a package on pass rushing that will air sometime this fall on NFL Countdown.

July 15 is the deadline for Houston to sign a long-term deal with the Chiefs. So we wait...
