The Kansas City Chiefs get their third player on NFL Network's top 100 players list and it's a doozy. Justin Houston, who nearly broke the NFL's sack record last season, comes in at No. 27, according to NFL Network's list.
No. 27 for one of the three best defensive players in the NFL seems ... low. Houston should absolutely, without question be ranked higher than this. He had the best statistical pass rushing season, he can stop the run and he's only 26 years old. That sounds like one of the NFL's best players to me.
This Chargers fan thinks the same:
@nflnetwork @KCChiefs @JHouston50 im a diehard Charger fan and this is stupid!!..top 10 easy. Top 3 defensive player in the league

Oh well. I'm over it.
Houston is the third Chief to be featured on this list. Tamba Hali came in at No. 71 and new Chief Jeremy Maclin came in at No. 61. The list is up to No. 21 so will any Chiefs be featured in the final 20 spots? I imagine Jamaal Charles should be up there. Not having Travis Kelce or Dontari Poe on the list would seem like a mistake.
