GM John Dorsey, head coach Andy Reid and Peters were on hard for it. I took a few notes on the presser below...
*Asked about his issues at Washington, Peters talked about the coaching change from coach Sarkisian to coach Peterson. "It was just different," he said. He notes that he was welcomed back for their pro day after he was kicked off the team.
*Peters can't participate in the early part of OTAs because of his class schedule. He will be in the rookie minicamp but can't participate in OTAs until June 12. Here is the Chiefs OTA schedule. This is the same situation that De'Anthony Thomas went through last year. "It's really important [to graduate from Washington]," Peters said. "That's one of the main things me and my family talked about [when going to the draft]."
*Peters said he met a few of the Chiefs teammates on his visit here before the draft.
Peters says he grew up liking watching Charles Woodson play and also Al Harris (now one of his coaches). @610SportsKC

*Peters said he remembers Steven Nelson from the Combine. They were in the same DB group.
