Chris Conley agrees to deal with Chiefs, two draft picks remain unsigned

Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports

The Kansas City Chiefs are down to just two unsigned draft picks. According to multiple reports, the Chiefs have signed third round pick WR Chris Conley.

With Jeremy Maclin on board, Conley projects to the Chiefs second or third receiver. I would be patient with his development as it generally takes a little time for receivers in Andy Reid's system to become comfortable and start producing. But he's a receiver and the Chiefs needed receivers so this is a good start.

This leaves two unsigned draft picks remaining: first round pick CB Marcus Peters and third round pick CB Steven Nelson.

Here's our storyon the Chiefs other signed picks.
