We now enter the second day of the 2015 NFL draft, which means it's time for some mock drafts. The Kansas City Chiefs picked CB Marcus Peters in the first round and can now go a number of directions in the second round. Offensive line, inside linebacker, defensive end? None of those would surprise me for the Chiefs.
There are plenty of good players still available who we thought would go in the first round. That's good news for the Chiefs as they prepare for the second round.
These round two mock drafts haven't developed any consensus on the Chiefs pick. I could easily see any of these picks happening. Do you have a preference yet?
SB Nation: Oregon OT Jake Fisher
Fisher is an intriguing offensive tackle with athleticism. He could line up at a number of positions for the Chiefs.
Pro Football Focus: WR Tyler Lockett
The wide receiver run continues as the Chiefs take one of the nation's best in Lockett. He plays bigger than his size, showing impressive ball skills and nifty route running skills.
USA Today: ILB Benardrick McKinney
The Chiefs weren't very good inside last season after losing Derrick Johnson to a blown Achilles. Heavy-hitting McKinney would solidify the position, especially with Johnson turning 33 this year.
NFL.com: DB Eric Rowe
Rowe could help the Chiefs at either corner or safety.
CBS Sports: OL Donovan Smith
Whether it's at tackle or guard, Smith offers position versatility and a player with Pro Bowl talent if he's pushed and groomed.
