The Kansas City Chifes are reportedly scheduled to talk to some potential small school safety help for the upcoming NFL Draft, per Terez Paylor of the Star.

It should be noted that Harold Jones-Quartey is actually from the University of Findlay, an even smaller school that plays Division II football. The senior defensive back measures 5'11, 200 pounds and was named a D2 All-American last year. He had 105 total tackles and zero interceptions this season, and had 92 tackles and three interceptions in 2013.
Jones-Quartey's level of experience will obviously be called into question, since the Oilers are a small school, but it's the same argument that comes with every such prospect. You can check some highlights of HJ-Q here:
