Well, there's that.
After reports that free agent center Tim Barnes was working out for the Kansas City Chiefs, it's now being reported that Barnes has re-signed with the St. Louis Rams.
After visit to Kansas City, free agent guard/center Tim Barnes agrees to terms w/Rams. He is expected to sign Tuesday.

It's a one-year deal for Barnes, w/maximum value of $1 million. He provides depth at center and guard, and could compete for starting spot.

While he's been in the league for a few years, Barnes only has fours starts to his name so maybe he's not the veteran center to compete with Eric Kush that the Chiefs need. The Chiefs will surely be signing another center to compete with Kush or they could draft one next month.
