ESPN's Adam Schefter says it's a two-year deal. The other team interested? Jacksonville, per Fox Sports.
The Chiefs cut Bowe last week and his first visit was to Cleveland where Ray Farmer, who used to be on the Chiefs staff, is the GM. The Browns, like the Chiefs of the past few years, don't have much behind Bowe. Brian Hartline signed this week and Andrew Hawkins is there. Also like most of Bowe's career in Kansas City, there are quarterback questions in Cleveland. Josh McCown seems like the best bet at the moment to start but there's also the Johnny Manziel question. Bowe must have a thing for bad quarterback play.

I do believe Bowe can be effective in Cleveland. But by effective I mean something around the lines of what he did with the Chiefs the last couple of years -- 600-800 yards and a few touchdowns (obligatory mention of that dumb no wide receiver touchdowns stat). That's probably who Bowe is at this point in his career. He can contribute but he's not going to take over many games. I wish him the best.
Oh, by the way, the Chiefs and Browns DO play this year. Bowe will be coming back to Arrowhead.
This image will still look weird.
