Credit Travis Kelce for having the correct attitude about the 2016 Pro Bowl. It's a nice honor and all but ...
"It's a humbling experience, but hopefully I don't have to go," @tkelce on his first Pro Bowl honor & hoping the #Chiefs are still playing.

The Chiefs hope they're still going to be playing by that point. The Pro Bowl this year is played on January 31 which is the free weekend in between the AFC and NFC Championship games and the Super Bowl. That means that the two teams in the Super Bowl will not actually send any players to Hawaii. They will instead be preparing for the Super Bowl.
So when Kelce says he doesn't want to go to the Pro Bowl, it's for all the right reasons.
