It seems that the Kansas City Chiefs have been pretty good lately at stopping the opponent on third or fourth and short. This is a good trait to have as we enter the home stretch of the season and the Chiefs in a playoff hunt.
Just how good are the Chiefs on short yardage plays? Thank you for this stat, BJ Kissel.
In 3rd-&-1 and 4th-&-1 situations, the #Chiefs defense is allowing conversions just 43.5% of time, which leads NFL. pic.twitter.com/0K3DYubcMW

The Chiefs defensive line is turning out to be quite good so guys like monster Dontari Poe and beast Allen Bailey can get a push on the line. Derrick Johnson is likely to shoot through the line like he was shot out of a rocket and blow up the play in the goal line.
While we're here, take a few minutes to enjoy the best Chiefs goal line stand in recent memory. Note that this is a player who was not selected to the Pro Bowl this year.
