NFL picks: Chiefs-Ravens predictions are unanimous

The odds say the Kansas City Chiefs are 7-point favorites over the Baltimore Ravens. That's a pretty big line for an NFL game, especially for a team on the road. The Chiefs are without question the better team over Baltimore and no one seems to be picking the Ravens to win.

There's also this:

So, yeah.

Let's see what the Arrowhead Pride staff thinks.

Joel Thorman: Chiefs 23 Ravens 20

The Ravens have played 13 games this season and 12 of them have been within one score. So, yeah, this one will be close. But the better team wins in the end.

MNChiefsfan: Chiefs 27 Ravens 10

The Chiefs are done giving us heart attacks, at least for a week. Alex Smith 2.0 continues to play well, and the Chiefs no longer commit stupid mistakes that negate good drives (penalties, drops, fumbles, etc.). The Ravens have hung tough with plenty of teams, but their offense isn't going to be able to do much and they have no one on the roster capable of covering Jeremy Maclin.

Matt Conner: Chiefs 44 Ravens 0

Nineteen players are on injured reserve, including some of their impact players. If the Chiefs should blow out any single team this season, it should be Baltimore. Chiefs by 44. And don't feel bad for the Ravens. Consider it karma for being the most disgusting franchise this side of Dan Snyder's team.

Stagdsp: Chiefs 28 Ravens 13

I'm still worried about picking for a team on a long win streak or against a team on a losing streak. Any given Sunday is more than just a cliche. This Baltimore squad isn't THAT far removed from the one expected to win their division in recent years. That said, the Chiefs have been playing very good football, especially on defense. There's nothing concrete to suggest it isn't sustainable. They have been finding ways to win even when they aren't at the top of their game. Hopefully we continue to see a fired up, playoff hopeful team beat teams they should beat.

Clay Wendler: Chiefs 21 Ravens 14

Another close call, as the Chiefs feel the effects of another week without Justin Houston. Almost every Ravens game has been close this year.

Super_G: Chiefs 33 Ravens 6

The Chiefs have been pretty good against backup quarterbacks since Andy Reid has come to town. The Ravens are bad at taking care of the ball and the Chiefs are good at taking the ball away. If the turnover battle turns out like I think it will (KC plus-three-ish) this game will get out of hand really fast. I don't foresee the Ravens being able to put many points on the board either. This ones going to be all Chiefs.
