How unlikely was the Kansas City Chiefs comeback over the Buffalo Bills?

The Kansas City Chiefs relied not on their defense but their offense in a 30-22 victory over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium. It was a weird game because the Chiefs were down 10 points early and it feels like the Chiefs ALWAYS lose those games where they're down early.

However, the Chiefs didn't fold this time and they came back to win the game. How unlikely was it for the Chiefs to come back from down 10-0? This stat from ESPN's Adam Teicher shows you...

The Chiefs had lost 20 of their previous 21 games in which they trailed by at least 10 points.

Even more impressive, they did this after losing Justin Houston on defense. He's the best player on the team so that was a big deal. When the Chiefs lost Jamaal Charles earlier this year, they folded in the game and lost it to the Bears. This team didn't fold when Houston went down.

So, yes, what you saw on Sunday was not normal. It's an effort that's worthy of a lot of praise for the Chiefs.
