How to watch Bills vs. Chiefs: game time, TV schedule, playoff picture, streaming online, odds, picks, predictions and more

Welcome to game day! The Kansas City Chiefs, winners of four straight, are now 5-5 on the season and hold the sixth and final playoff spot in the AFC playoff picture (here is the updated NFL playoff picture). They just booted from the playoff picture the Buffalo Bills, who visit Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. The Bills are also 5-5.

The Chiefs could be without Charcandrick West who has a hamstring injury. There are conflicting reports on whether or not he will play. The Chiefs are expected to have Travis Kelce playing as he has been dealing with an injury this week.

The Chiefs need a win to keep the momentum going and keep their spot in the AFC playoff picture. A loss wouldn't end their season or anything but obviously it's not ideal when you're 5-5. The Chiefs season was once lost at 1-5 so that we're talking about legitimate playoff hopes is almost unbelievable.

The Chiefs have been winning on the heels of their defense, which has arguably been the best in the NFL over the past seven weeks. The Chiefs haven't given up more than 18 points since the first week of October and they're coming off a game where they held one of the NFL's most prolific quarterbacks, Philip Rivers, to just three points. That defense is for real.

Here are today's game details...
