Alex Smith's 80-yard TD pass to Charcandrick West is the longest of his career

After an 0-5 record against the Peyton Manning-led Denver Broncos, is there a better way for the Kansas City Chiefs to go out than this?

What you see there is the longest pass of Alex Smith's career, and it comes at a time that put the Chiefs up 29-0 on the Broncos. In Denver. I repeat: The Chiefs are embarrassing the Broncos in Denver.

As for West, this caps off a big day for him. West has just 53 yards on 20 carries but he has 92 receiving yards and a touchdown on three catches. The Broncos just didn't cover West on this play. He came out of the backfield free and Smith found him down the field. Credit West for making the cut to beat the safety for the touchdown.

Also of note on this play is at the very end. Broncos S TJ Ward was flagged and ejected for the apparent punch he took at Jeremy Maclin on the block at the end.
